Minimum height: 1.05 metres.
Children aged 1.05m -1.2m or 12 years and less need to be accompanied by a supervising adult.
Not suitable for: expectant mothers, guests with fear of heights, limited mobility, vertigo, or motion sickness
Prohibited on ride: pets/animals, hats, bags, sharp objects (including umbrellas), glass, external food and beverages, loose attire.
Visitors who cannot secure the seatbelt will not be allowed to ride, there is a test seat on the site.
Clothes and handheld devices should be sufficiently fastened on the ride.
The boarding is not pre-booked, but first-come, first-served; each ride can carry up to 16 people.
Public Transport: Take the MRT at HarbourFront MRT (NE/CC Line) to Singapore Cable Car at HarbourFront Tower 2 and walk to SkyHelix before Cable Car Gift Shop.
Sentosa Express: Board at VivoCity Level 3 → Alight at Imbiah Station → Walk to SkyHelix.
On foot: Car park: Imbiah carpark (past Skyline Luge, Madame Tussauds) to 5 minute walk.
