Camel Museum Dubai

The building was once called Beit Al Rekab and was personally owned by the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum. Within there is a simple to follow exhibition on camel history, camel structure, camel racing and how camels contributed to everyday Arabian life. It also has a virtual camel ride where you can sit and watch desert scenery on a large screen. You have an opportunity to taste the camel milk and to observe ancient tools which had been used with camels over the years. The entire venue is comfortable, low-key, and family-friendly.
